These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of POSTSLATE (the "Service"), operated by [Company Name], LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
POSTSLATE lets you build end-credit sequences from a spreadsheet and render them to video. We generate a Google Sheet for each project; your use of Google Sheets is also subject to Google's terms. We may update, improve, or change features over time.
You retain all rights to the names, text, logos, and other materials you provide ("Your Content") and to the credit videos you render. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and render Your Content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to all materials you upload, including any logos or trademarks.
Creating projects and filling sheets is free. Rendering finished video is a paid action under a subscription plan. Paid plans renew automatically: Essential renews weekly and Pro renews monthly, and your payment method is charged each period until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize these recurring charges. You can cancel anytime; see our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account & Billing. Cancellation stops billing immediately: you will not be charged again. Your projects and past renders remain accessible to your account.
The Service, including its software, design, templates, and brand, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, notify you.
