Cancellation & Refund Policy

Automatic renewal

Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel:

Essential: $99, billed every week.
Pro: $199, billed every month.

When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will show these terms clearly at checkout and send a receipt for each charge.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime, no phone call, no email required:

Sign in and go to Account & Billing.
Click Cancel subscription.

Cancellation takes effect immediately and billing stops right away, you will not be charged again. Your projects and previously rendered videos stay in your account, and you can resubscribe whenever you like.

Refunds

Because rendering delivers a finished digital file, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. However, we want you to be happy:

If you were charged in error, or a render failed and we could not deliver a working file, contact us for a full refund.
We review good-faith refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Where local law grants a withdrawal or "cooling-off" right, we honor it.

Price changes

If we change subscription pricing, we will notify you in advance, and the new price will apply to your next billing period. You can cancel before it takes effect.
